Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are the heart and soul of Hospice Yukon. Our volunteers, with their wide range of skills and dedication, make it possible for us to provide the services we offer.

At Hospice Yukon we include our volunteers in our wholistic philosophy of care. We support them in finding balance in life and enrichment in their volunteer activities. If you would like to be a part of Hospice Yukon please contact our office for an appointment with our Coordinator of Volunteer Services.

Client Volunteers provide one to one support companioning clients and families through advanced illness, end of life and bereavement. Our volunteers have ongoing training, supervision and staff support.
